Ordered a car online from Ivan at Auto Selection, Aylesbury Branch. He was very helpful, no pressure selling. Car was delivered to Warrington at the agreed time and was in very good condition for the year. Subsequently found that the driver's side door speaker was not working. Ivan suggested booking the car in at my local garage for repair which has been completed and paid for by Auto Selection. Very impressed with the service and would buy from them again.

Best seller we ever met. After months of trying to find a proper and trustworthy company, after few failed and bad experiences we luckily found our car on Autotrader ready to collect in Auto Selection Aylesbury. The seller is very professional and explained us everything. When we were unsure about something he helped us very quick. We are really happy with our car. No issues at all, car is like new. I have recently bought a Vauxhall Adam from Ivan and I must say I'm over the moon with my car and the service from this garage, I was recommended by a friend as I wanted to purchase a car and I can honestly say Ivan really helped me as I had no idea what I wanted. He was patient and I test drove several cars until I found the one I wanted but I can honestly say without a doubt I would recommend this garage to anyone if your looking for a good second hand car. The service was impeccable , Ivan is very professional but more than anything very helpful to find a car that was right for me and within my budget. I have bought lots of cars in my life but always felt pressure from the person selling just to buy a car but Ivan helped me find the car that was right and what I wanted.

What a great experience!

What can I say, met Ivan and and warmed to him immediately, unlike the stereotypical car salesman, he was informative, patient and absolutely not pushy in anyway. The car had a couple of issues which were openly identified in the original advert, my expectation was that I would need to address them myself, but I was happily told they would be dealt with as part of the transaction. Ivan went above and beyond to ensure ALL issues were fully rectified. I have no hesitation in recommending Auto Selection Sales Ltd of Aylesbury to anyone who is searching for a previously loved vehicle, especially those who might be nervous about being hoodwinked, it certainly won't happen here.

Just had a vehicle delivered from Aylesbury to me in Maidstone, Kent. I am very impressed with the level of service given. Both Ivan and John were very honest and trustworthy and not at all pressurising. I did my research and they had the exact car I wanted, at a very good price. The car was described accurately on the autotrader advert. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy from again.

Really pleased with our experience using Auto Selection Sales. Ivan was very personable and had the car we were interested in ready for us to review.
He made everything really simple and when we’d decided we wanted the car he made everything quick and easy - sorting out car tax for us there and then, waiting for insurance etc, and going through the guarantee etc.
We didn’t feel rushed at any point and he gave us focused customer service.
I also observed something else that I feel right to mention- he was just in the middle of doing a deal with a customer when we arrived. They didn’t have the payment there and then but he’d agreed to take a small deposit for the car and for them to return tomorrow. Just then another customer arrived for the same car and was ready to pay but as he’d already agreed for the first customer to purchase he had to turn them away. I felt that represented professional integrity and was pleased to see that. Overall I would 100% recommend this dealership and if buying another car I’d have no doubt in going back there. Thank you.

Very friendly staff and straightforward process. Also, they were being very helpful meeting halfway for the test drive. Unlike other outlets, they ensure the car is up to working standard, they serviced and had the car MOT'd. They also had a clear record of the service history of the car, made sure it was in good condition with necessary parts e.g. spare tyre. After the test drive there wasn't nything else left to do a part from buy it.
